Manages strategic healthcare customer accounts from onboarding through long-term support. Oversees healthcare technology equipment and service implementations, asset tracking, compliance documentation, service coordination, customer business reviews, ROI reporting, capital planning, and issue resolution. Builds stakeholder relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, develops customer playbooks and lifecycle strategies, mitigates churn risks, and identifies growth opportunities. The role requires travel to customer sites near Palm Beach County and occasional physical handling of equipment.

Manage day-to-day IT operations and team, maintain networks, servers, cloud services, backups and security, oversee business software rollouts and vendor relationships, ensure compliance and audit readiness, control IT budget and asset inventory, and develop IT staff and processes to support company goals.
