Manages the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and HR compliance. Oversees Paycom and Learn4U processes, coordinates employee development initiatives, supports policy and operational projects, prepares company and Board presentations, and handles employment-related inquiries. Requires strong communication, conflict resolution, organization, data analysis, confidentiality, and HR systems proficiency.

Provides administrative, customer, and operational support throughout the sales cycle. Maintains CRM and customer records, prepares quotes and reports, coordinates meetings, events, bids, vendors, and compliance documentation, and routes customer inquiries. The role supports sales forecasting, order acceptance, customer communications, and workflow improvements while collaborating with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, service, Siemens teams, and Account Executives.

Provides executive and office support to the VP of Operations and senior executives. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, correspondence and action-item follow-up, office operations, event coordination, research, administrative reporting, budget and expense oversight, and internal process development. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and adaptability in a hybrid office environment.
