Lead centralized production accounting for properties by reconciling data, configuring royalties and facility charges in Metrix, preparing netback uploads for oil/gas/NGL, managing allocations, audits, accruals and equalization, implementing regulatory updates, and providing PRA subject-matter expertise while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and support day-to-day operation of assigned refinery/upgrader/ethanol units to meet targets and specs. Troubleshoot with operations and engineering, support capital projects, lead RCAs and hazard assessments, provide shutdown/startup support, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance while driving reliability and continuous improvement.

Lead stability, optimization, and evolution of SCM systems and automation. Support SAP SCM/MM, integrations, RPA (Automation Anywhere), issue resolution, UAT, governance, SOX/ITGC compliance, change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Support evaluation and advancement of midstream commercial opportunities, lead negotiations and contract development, deliver financial and economic analysis, inform asset planning and business cases, and support acquisitions and due diligence while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Lead the Cost Control discipline across Front-End Development and Project Execution, owning budgeting, forecasting, change management, variance analysis, and reporting. Provide functional leadership and coaching to cost engineers and contractors, improve cost processes and tools, deliver decision-focused analytics, and partner with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Finance to drive cost competitiveness and portfolio performance.

Provide policy monitoring, analysis, and strategic advice to support government relations. Draft briefings, presentations, and communications; synthesize legislative and regulatory developments; develop policy recommendations; coordinate stakeholder engagement and meeting materials; build subject-matter knowledge in oil and gas policy and support internal teams on fiscal, tax, royalty, and economic impacts.

Lead and deliver high-value data, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives using Python/R and Databricks. Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, build analytics products and visualizations, ensure data governance, and drive adoption to realize measurable business outcomes.
