Lead five-year integrated turnaround and major maintenance planning for a large SAGD asset, managing schedules, budgets, production-loss forecasting, scope, and change requests. Optimize outage strategies, drive OPEX and maintenance budget reductions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Reservoir, and Process teams to improve asset reliability and business performance.

Support Indigenous economic participation by coordinating procurement, supplier onboarding, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, assurance activities, and governance to grow Indigenous supplier participation across Cenovus supply chains.

Lead process safety initiatives at a refinery to ensure OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. Drive PHA/HAZOP, LOPA, MAH, MOC activities, incident investigations, audits, and corrective action closure. Partner with site and HSE leadership to mitigate risks, embed process safety principles, and improve safety systems and performance metrics.

Prepare and review quarterly and annual external disclosure documents (financial statements, MD&A, supplements). Ensure IFRS, continuous disclosure, and SOX compliance; perform financial analysis, maintain working papers, monitor accounting standards, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations, and support reporting process improvements.

Lead project controls for turnarounds and outages across planning, execution, and closeout. Develop controls frameworks, WBS, dashboards, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, EVM, Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis, change control, and performance reporting. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, contractors, and project teams, mentor staff, and support continuous improvement to meet cost, schedule, and safety objectives.

Provide regional commercial systems support for Canadian ETRM and connected applications; translate business requirements, coordinate UAT and testing, manage defects/enhancements, support implementations, deliver training, and collaborate with Canadian and U.S. teams to ensure consistent processes and continuous improvement.

Lead process safety risk assessments and mitigation across refinery units, ensure OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance, facilitate MOCs, HAZOPs, LOPAs and PSSRs, monitor safety metrics, perform hazard evaluations and incident investigations, implement safety initiatives, support audits and management system compliance, and collaborate with operations and leadership to reduce risk and improve reliability.

Lead contributor to monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, corporate scorecards and executive reporting. Maintain and enhance consolidation models and planning tools, analyze financial and operational results, support Board/executive materials, assess impacts of transactions, and mentor junior finance staff while partnering across Finance, Operations and other stakeholders.

Participate in three 12-month rotations across Downstream functions (Market Analytics, Market Risk, Operations Logistics). Perform market analysis, predictive modelling, risk identification and reporting, and commercial/trading operations support using Excel/VBA and data science tools (R/Python). Build business acumen through projects, training, and mentorship.

Manage end-to-end regulatory lifecycle for oil and gas wells including downhole, testing, inspection, abandonment and reclamation reporting. Submit required data to regulators, maintain digital well files and well management databases, ensure compliance with provincial directives, track and prioritize submission deadlines, liaise with Well Delivery, Land and Asset teams, and identify process improvements to align practices with corporate and regulatory objectives.

Participate in a three-year new grad rotational program across supply chain functions. Responsibilities include data analysis and visualization, system administration, supplier onboarding and relationship support, contract drafting and post-contract management, commercial assurance and risk analysis, and facilitating business engagement with subject matter experts. First rotation based in Calgary; subsequent rotations and final placement may require relocation.
