The Sales Manager acquires new mid-market hospitality customers for Cendyn’s cloud-based software and services. Responsibilities include territory planning, prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, quota attainment, upselling, CRM administration, trade-show representation, and coordination with Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Success. The role is home-office based, supports hotel and accommodation providers, and requires 30–50% regional and overnight travel.

Owns end-to-end delivery of software initiatives across engineering, product, QA, and stakeholder teams. Responsibilities include project planning, Scrum facilitation, dependency and risk management, release coordination, UAT, production deployment, delivery metrics, Jira reporting, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong technical understanding of software architecture and SDLC processes without hands-on development responsibilities. This is a hybrid Hyderabad role working 12 PM to 9 PM IST.

Leads a software engineering team while remaining 60–70% hands-on in full-stack development. Designs, codes, tests, deploys, and maintains Node.js, Express.js, Angular, and SQL Server applications. Establishes technical standards, reviews code, manages priorities, mentors staff, and supports hiring. Drives AI-assisted development and integrates LLM capabilities with quality, security, compliance, observability, guardrails, and fallback controls. Collaborates across product, operations, users, and external services.

Leads Cendyn’s India software engineering organization of approximately 100–150 engineers, owning technical strategy, architecture, reliability, engineering standards, budgets, and product delivery. Manages Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers, develops leadership capability, scales and retains teams, and establishes India as a strategic engineering center. Partners globally across product and technology, builds AI/ML capabilities, supports customers and incidents, and ensures security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Implements, installs, tests, and troubleshoots Cendyn products and integrations for customers. The role researches data and software issues, provides escalation support, develops SQL and process analysis expertise, contributes to solution design and documentation, and coordinates delivery tasks with project managers and internal teams. Requires customer communication, technical problem-solving, and occasional emergency or weekend availability. The position follows a hybrid schedule in Hyderabad, working 6 PM to 3 AM.

Lead design, reliability, and modernization of a multi-engine production database fleet across on‑prem and cloud. Own HA, replication, backup/recovery, migrations, performance tuning, compliance (PII/PCI), DR, incident response, and mentor DBAs while partnering with cloud and AppDev teams.
