Develop and execute organic search strategies for hospitality websites, including keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, campaign monitoring, and monthly performance reporting. Coordinate with copywriters and account managers, publish SEO-compliant content, track client objectives, and support paid search initiatives such as responsive search ads, sitelinks, and Performance Max campaigns.

Leads Cendyn’s India software engineering organization of approximately 100–150 engineers, owning technical strategy, architecture, reliability, engineering standards, budgets, and product delivery. Manages Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers, develops leadership capability, scales and retains teams, and establishes India as a strategic engineering center. Partners globally across product and technology, builds AI/ML capabilities, supports customers and incidents, and ensures security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Implements, installs, tests, and troubleshoots Cendyn products and integrations for customers. The role researches data and software issues, provides escalation support, develops SQL and process analysis expertise, contributes to solution design and documentation, and coordinates delivery tasks with project managers and internal teams. Requires customer communication, technical problem-solving, and occasional emergency or weekend availability. The position follows a hybrid schedule in Hyderabad, working 6 PM to 3 AM.
