Provide day-to-day support to client services by executing and maintaining digital marketing campaigns (Website, SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social), creating trafficking documents, delivering assets to AdOps, drafting monthly reports and presentations, coordinating web maintenance, managing projects and timelines, recording meeting notes, and servicing client requests.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright-based automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing. Build reusable POM components, convert manual tests to automated suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform SQL validations, identify and track defects, reduce flakiness, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve test strategy and release quality.

Drive new enterprise account acquisition for Cendyn's cloud-based hospitality SaaS. Develop territory plans, build pipelines, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, meet quota, represent company at events, and collaborate with marketing, project management and customer success to onboard customers.
