Work onsite with enterprise customers to identify AI automation opportunities, design and build production-grade agentic solutions using Celigo's AI Studio and MCP servers, integrate ERPs and SaaS systems, manage APIs and data transformations, run POCs/MVPs, validate and support deployments, and provide customer enablement and mentorship.

Design and execute digital-first customer engagement strategies using automation and AI. Build AI-powered agents, personalized in-app journeys, and Celigo/Gainsight workflows to improve adoption, time-to-value, and retention. Partner cross-functionally, analyze engagement data, define success metrics, and document repeatable frameworks to scale customer success programs.

Lead ~9-month onboarding engagements as a strategic advisor and program lead. Build and manage onboarding plans, guide customers on APIs, data ingestion, automation, AI-driven workflows, and EDI, track progress and risks, communicate value to stakeholders, drive time-to-value, coordinate internal teams, and prepare customers for long-term success.

Apply intent and behavioral data, AI tools, and analytics to drive revenue outcomes, optimize performance, and scale campaign processes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, documented data models and the Gold data layer using dbt/Coalesce. Ensure data quality through automated tests, observability, version control, and CI/CD. Optimize SQL and warehouse performance, collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics, and support semantic layers and BI catalogs to enable trusted, self-service insights for Product, Finance, and GTM teams.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial customers: prospect, qualify, conduct discovery, demo Celigo's iPaaS, coordinate technical evaluations, use AI tools and Salesforce to forecast, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals.

Design, build, and operate scalable integrations and AI agents using Celigo integrator.io, LangChain/LangGraph and modern cloud data pipelines. Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate processes, ensure data quality and security, own integrations end-to-end, produce technical documentation, and support operational hand-offs.

Lead strategy and execution for Core Platform, AI, API management, and data ingestion products. Manage and develop senior PMs, drive AI product-market fit, operationalize AI-first PM practices, support sales and analyst relations, and own multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.

Architect, build, and maintain Snowflake-based ELT pipelines and production data models. Implement observability, data quality, and governance; optimize cost and freshness. Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering, use dbt/CI-CD and AI-assisted tooling, and participate in reviews and architecture planning to support analytics, BI, and ML.

Manage a portfolio of CloudExtend customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion. Onboard customers, monitor usage and health metrics, act as trusted advisor and escalation point, run adoption scorecards, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure customer success.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. Build on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation), optimize performance and reliability, troubleshoot production issues, create CI/CD pipelines, collaborate across product and operations, and document system architectures.
