Design and develop backend features for the integrator.io SaaS platform to enable integrations between cloud apps. Build scalable, reliable services using Node.js, Python, MongoDB, AWS, and Kafka. Solve complex problems, produce sound designs, and work in a fast-paced startup environment focused on automation and cloud integration.

Serve as the sales team's technical counterpart: scope requirements, run demos, design cloud integration solutions across ERPs and eCommerce platforms, support presales, create enablement materials, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Architect, build, and maintain Snowflake-based ELT pipelines and production data models. Implement observability, data quality, and governance; optimize cost and freshness. Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. Build on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation), optimize performance and reliability, troubleshoot production issues, create CI/CD pipelines, collaborate across product and operations, and document system architectures.

Lead design and delivery of SaaS integration products. Architect microservices, ensure performance and scalability, handle large data sets, mentor and lead engineers, partner with product management, and build solutions using MongoDB, Python, AWS, and Kafka.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial customers: prospect, qualify, conduct discovery, demo Celigo's iPaaS, coordinate technical evaluations, use AI tools and Salesforce to forecast, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals.

Own and evolve the CloudExtend SaaS platform: design scalable, secure AWS-native architectures, operate production systems, lead security and compliance (SOC2), resolve escalations, drive platform modernization, and mentor engineering teams while contributing hands-on code and IaC.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B SaaS accounts. Build long-term relationships, drive adoption and retention, manage renewals, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, track account health and usage, conduct business reviews, and maintain CRM records to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Lead strategy and execution for Core Platform, AI, API management, and data ingestion products. Manage and develop senior PMs, drive AI product-market fit, operationalize AI-first PM practices, support sales and analyst relations, and own multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.
