Lead corrective action execution from cause evaluations and CAPs, reduce backlogs, support project intake and design, redesign processes and controls, create process maps/SOPs/RACIs, perform root-cause analysis, track metrics and risks, support governance and audit readiness, and coordinate across GIS, data, engineering, and program teams to drive measurable improvements.

Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Manage month-end close, financial statements, tax filings, treasury, budgeting, NetSuite and OpenAir systems, audits, and supervise accounting staff while supporting strategic finance initiatives.

Support project teams by reviewing engineering documents, validating underground and overhead electric asset data, performing GIS tasks (create/update/query geodatabases, maps, diagrams), conducting QC, producing reports and mark-ups, maintaining project tracking, and coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate utility asset documentation.

Lead development and execution of Wildfire Mitigation Plans for electric utilities. Manage cross-functional teams, integrate GIS and asset data, translate risk models into mitigation strategies, support regulatory filings and compliance, coordinate field validation, and establish KPIs to optimize wildfire risk reduction programs.
