Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP/FSM solutions for utility clients. Analyze processes, document functional specs, run gap analyses, execute test plans, manage stakeholders, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support to optimize field service operations.

Lead and build the BIS engineering pillar: provide hands-on delivery, define engineering standards and tooling, manage and mentor Junior Developers, translate architecture into execution, run vendor engagements, and establish reusable assets and QA for consulting engagements in the utilities/energy sector.

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of utility projects using PMP principles. Manage teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risk, billing, and documentation; coach staff and support business development.

Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs for utilities clients, managing scope, schedule, budget, technical integrations (ERP/EAM/FSM), risk, vendors, UAT, compliance, change management, and team development to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Lead design and implementation of Field Service Management (FSM) solutions for utilities and energy clients. Create architectural blueprints, integrate FSM with enterprise systems, guide technical teams, engage clients, enforce quality and best practices, and mentor staff while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead corrective action execution from cause evaluations and CAPs, reduce backlogs, support project intake and design, redesign processes and controls, create process maps/SOPs/RACIs, perform root-cause analysis, track metrics and risks, support governance and audit readiness, and coordinate across GIS, data, engineering, and program teams to drive measurable improvements.
