Analyze processes, document functional specs, run gap analyses, execute test plans, manage stakeholders, deliver training, and provide post-implementation support to optimize field service operations.

Lead and build the BIS engineering pillar: provide hands-on delivery, define engineering standards and tooling, manage and mentor Junior Developers, translate architecture into execution, run vendor engagements, and establish reusable assets and QA for consulting engagements in the utilities/energy sector.

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of utility projects using PMP principles. Manage teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risk, billing, and documentation; coach staff and support business development.
