Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, training, and post-implementation support for enterprise FSM and ERP solutions. Translate client needs into functional specifications, facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communication, conduct UAT, track defects, optimize field service processes, and collaborate with technical teams. The role requires strong utilities, asset management, mobile workforce, SQL, and enterprise systems experience, along with client-facing consulting and travel capabilities.

Analyze client business processes and requirements for enterprise field service and ERP implementations. Translate needs into functional specifications, design and configure solutions, conduct testing and defect management, facilitate UAT, and support stakeholder alignment. Develop training materials, deliver client training, provide post-implementation support, and recommend process improvements. The role requires utility or energy industry expertise, SQL and enterprise-system experience, strong communication, project management, and client-site travel as needed.

Lead and build the BIS engineering pillar: provide hands-on delivery, define engineering standards and tooling, manage and mentor Junior Developers, translate architecture into execution, run vendor engagements, and establish reusable assets and QA for consulting engagements in the utilities/energy sector.
