Coordinate compliance program operations, reporting, training, policy updates, and work with outside counsel on litigation strategy while engaging cross-functional business partners.

Lead reliability efforts for instrumentation and low-voltage electrical systems: approve design changes, run RCA investigations, support PHA/audits, develop care plans and training, drive reliability improvements and PM/SIS compliance, and provide technical review for projects and OEM selection.

Author and manage safety data sheets (SDS) and labels, oversee automated SDS distribution and dangerous goods management, monitor and interpret hazard communication regulations, provide guidance to stakeholders, and continuously improve global hazard communication processes across Celanese businesses.

Manage and execute operational audits and the Internal Audit QAIP per IIA Standards; support ERM and fraud risk assessments; maintain risk registers and dashboards; drive audit quality, training, and continuous improvement; lead audit engagements and report findings to leadership and the Audit Committee.

Manage and grow assigned key account portfolios for preservatives and sweeteners across food, pharma, home care, and personal care markets. Build and execute account plans, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and collaborate with Marketing and R&D to introduce products. Drive price realization, cash collection, and channel partner strategy while gathering market intelligence and supporting customer service and credit teams. Oversee project lifecycle, costs, schedules, gate approvals, launch readiness, training, and issue resolution while establishing templates and practices to mature project capabilities.

Lead site EHS activities to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant manufacturing operations. Embed EHS into daily work using HOP, manage environmental permitting and compliance, lead incident reviews, train and coach staff, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Manage month-end and quarter-end close for corporate entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidation loading, SOX controls, and financial statement preparation. Monitor accounts, interface with auditors and third-party providers, resolve accounting issues, and support ad hoc projects and governmental filings.

Lead electrical reliability strategy and lifecycle planning for medium- and low-voltage plant equipment. Drive failure investigations and root-cause analyses, optimize PdM/PM programs, support capital and turnaround electrical projects, ensure code and safety compliance, and lead continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve asset availability.
