Lead production team to execute daily operational plans aligned with SQRE (Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement). Ensure resources, materials, and trained staff are available, drive KPIs (OEE, yield, cost per unit, schedule adherence), manage escalations, and develop employees while implementing continuous improvement and standard work.

Lead and evolve the enterprise cybersecurity operations program, overseeing SOC, incident response, exposure and vulnerability management, BC/DR integration, security awareness, and managed security service providers. Drive strategy, metrics, automation, and continuous improvement while partnering with IT, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to reduce risk and improve cyber resilience.

Supervise the Evansville QC laboratory team of seven, ensure safety and ISO/IATF compliance, manage workflows and schedules, analyze lab data, lead investigations and improvement projects, coordinate with site leadership, and maintain lab quality and staffing.
