Manages capital and expense improvement projects at a specialty elastomers manufacturing plant, overseeing scoping, cost justification, funding, design, procurement, contracting, installation, commissioning, and handover. Coordinates internal teams, vendors, contractors, and subject matter experts while ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, safety, quality, engineering, statutory, and management-of-change requirements. Supports capital forecasting and annual planning, maintains vendor relationships, and applies manufacturing best practices to improve facility and process performance.

Leads day-to-day operations of a vinyl acetate production unit, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient performance. Oversees process safety, quality, production planning, reliability, employee engagement, compliance, risk mitigation, KPI improvement, and team development. Coordinates resources, maintenance, technology, and site leadership to resolve production barriers and achieve operational objectives.
