Manages major plant investment projects from budgeting and specifications through commissioning. Responsibilities include cost estimation, bid management, supplier and contractor selection, design and maintenance coordination, site supervision, equipment qualification, risk analysis, process engineering support, and capital budgeting. The role also oversees contractor safety, work permits, environmental compliance, Management of Change, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Safety Management activities.

Owns and drives POM polymer product development from formulation and laboratory testing through compounding scale-up and customer qualification. Provides technical guidance on material selection, part and mold design, commercialization, troubleshooting, and customer support. Collaborates with business, manufacturing, sales, quality, regulatory, and global technology teams to create innovative products and support business goals.

Manages capital and expense improvement projects from initial scoping through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover at an industrial manufacturing plant. Develops project scopes, cost estimates, economic justifications, and funding requests; oversees contractors, vendors, internal teams, schedules, budgets, safety, statutory compliance, and management-of-change requirements. Coordinates with procurement, operations, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
