Assist journeyman and master electricians installing, altering, and repairing commercial and industrial electrical systems. Perform wiring, equipment installation, testing, wire pulls, mounting, and strapping. Maintain safe, organized work areas, follow NEC and OSHA standards, comply with safety requirements, and meet physical demands including lifting, climbing, and overtime. Travel up to 15%.

Lead and develop a team of recruiters while performing full-cycle recruiting for office professional roles in construction. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage openings, extend offers, set team metrics, improve processes, and build candidate pipelines and cross-functional relationships.

Lead planning and scheduling for electrical construction projects, focusing on data center/mission-critical work. Develop resource-loaded schedules from bid through execution, manage schedulers, run schedule reviews, visit jobsites to validate schedules, and support estimating/preconstruction and field teams to improve labor forecasting and project performance.
