Approve EWPs and LOTO, coordinate phased energizations with commissioning and clients, enforce NFPA/NEC/OSHA standards, verify arc-flash studies and PPE, lead planning meetings, maintain energization logs, investigate incidents, and support turnover and commissioning documentation.

Lead and develop a team of recruiters while performing full-cycle recruiting for office professional roles in construction. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, manage openings, extend offers, set team metrics, improve processes, and build candidate pipelines and cross-functional relationships.

Perform hands-on production and assembly tasks in a manufacturing/warehouse environment: follow instructions and safety procedures, measure, cut, and assemble materials, operate basic hand tools, maintain a clean work area, wear PPE, and assist with additional production duties.
