Teams at CEC Facilities Group, LLC

Coordinates construction-site safety programs through daily field walks, audits, hazard analyses, incident investigations, corrective action plans, equipment inspections, and regulatory compliance oversight. Coaches supervisors and employees on safe behaviors, conducts orientations and training, documents safety findings, and supports subcontractor compliance. Requires extensive vehicle travel, flexible shifts, outdoor construction-site work, and the ability to work at heights and in confined or physically demanding areas.

Manages company-wide safety training programs, including curriculum design, LMS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, train-the-trainer programs, and audit-ready records. Ensures training aligns with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulations; coordinates certifications, vendors, and site schedules; develops training materials; and partners with EHS, HR, and site leadership to address gaps and improve effectiveness.

Coordinates the complete employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including communications, travel, orientation, system access, compliance checks, HRIS records, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports employee inquiries, offboarding, vendor coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, HRIS experience, and the ability to manage high-volume onboarding activities in a fast-paced office environment.
