Manage job costing and project financials for construction projects under GMP contracts. Prepare monthly progress billings, track costs against budgets, process subcontractor invoices and change orders, reconcile project costs to the general ledger, support audits and financial close, monitor retainage and lien releases, ensure contract compliance, and improve job-costing and billing processes.

Provides administrative and accounting support for construction job costing and GMP contract billings. Responsibilities include preparing billing documentation, tracking subcontractor invoices and compliance paperwork, supporting change orders, maintaining project files, monitoring retainage, coordinating payments, reconciling job cost reports, assisting audits, and following up on missing documentation. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, and preferably construction ERP experience.

Oversee multiple large-scale electrical construction projects, including strategy, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, safety, quality, compliance, risk mitigation, permitting, and closeout. Lead and mentor project teams, manage customer and vendor relationships, support business development, review proposals and change orders, and maintain portfolio financial health. The role requires expertise in estimating, construction materials, cost management, power distribution, low-voltage systems, and construction safety, with up to 40% travel to job sites.
