Implement and enforce site safety programs through daily field walks, audits, ORM/JHA oversight, incident investigations, equipment inspections, subcontractor compliance, safety orientations, coaching foremen, and documenting corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance and safe jobsite behavior.

Implement and evaluate site safety programs via daily field walks, audits, training, and incident investigations. Mentor safety coordinators and coach foremen/crews, develop corrective action plans, deliver orientations and toolbox talks, monitor subcontractor compliance, and manage injury/case follow-up to foster a strong safety culture on large construction projects.

Provide document control and administrative support to Project Management and external stakeholders for special construction projects. Coordinate onboarding, site badging, time coding for billing, budgeting support from design through construction documents, recruiting, and cross-department communication to ensure smooth project operations.
