Coordinates the complete employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including communications, travel, orientation, system access, compliance checks, HRIS records, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports employee inquiries, offboarding, vendor coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, HRIS experience, and the ability to manage high-volume onboarding activities in a fast-paced office environment.

Supports end-to-end employee onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, including communications, orientation, travel coordination, HRIS maintenance, compliance checks, and stakeholder follow-up. Provides front-line HR support, assists with offboarding, coordinates vendors, and improves onboarding workflows. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, HRIS proficiency, and the ability to manage high-volume onboarding activities.

Plans and executes marketing events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, product launches, and corporate events. Manages vendors, venues, logistics, budgets, promotional content, event campaigns, and cross-functional coordination. Tracks attendance, lead generation, feedback, ROI, and event performance while maintaining brand consistency. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend events.
