Lead and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, change orders, submittals, RFIs, procurement, scheduling, and site coordination. Build and mentor project teams, conduct weekly site visits, ensure safety compliance, manage billing and closeout documentation, and drive profitability while meeting scope, schedule, and customer expectations.

Inspect, test, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of electrical systems and equipment across projects. Perform documentation, root cause analysis, supplier evaluation, calibration oversight, training, and continuous process improvements while working extensively in field construction environments.

Lead and mentor project teams across multiple large-scale electrical construction projects. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, QA/QC, safety, risk mitigation, client/vendor relationships, and project close-outs to ensure on-time, profitable delivery.
