Support daily billing and payments for final-mile logistics: review driver paperwork, enter pay data, distribute invoices and reports, upload billing documents, manage insurance certificates, process checks, maintain filing, and communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.

Provide operational and administrative support across three Florida delivery facilities, focusing on driver communication, manifest preparation and compliance, inbound schedule monitoring, safety review via Samsara, performance reporting, and coordination with Operations Managers to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Provide logistics-focused customer support and issue resolution for assigned accounts, maintain data integrity in internal systems, complete reporting, liaise between customers and internal teams, assist program/network managers, and help create SOPs.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance analysis to drive business performance. Partner with CFO and operations on pricing, customer profitability, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and investment business cases. Improve reporting systems, data integration, and decision-making across the organization.
