Leads regional logistics network performance across 15–20 delivery partners. Manages and develops Territory Network Managers, monitors service, safety, customer satisfaction, costs, and KPIs, and drives corrective action and continuous improvement. Oversees partner relationships, compliance, financial performance, customer communications, operational readiness, and performance reviews. The role is remote-based with regular field travel of up to 50% across the assigned region.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance analysis to drive business performance. Partner with CFO and operations on pricing, customer profitability, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and investment business cases. Improve reporting systems, data integration, and decision-making across the organization.
