Author, validate, and maintain submarine shipboard test procedures and Technical Work Documents. Translate engineering requirements into executable shipboard tests, support test execution and data validation, ensure NAVSEA/SUBSAFE compliance, and maintain configuration-controlled documentation in shipyard waterfront environments.

Designs, implements, and executes test and evaluation procedures for software/hardware systems. Develops and maintains automated test scripts and test architectures, analyzes test cases, reports progress, recommends test tools/strategies, and participates in risk assessments across development phases.

Requires Top Secret clearance with LS Poly.

Design, develop, and implement custom software and database applications across legacy and modern systems. Participate in product team activities, sprint and release planning, testing, and solution releases. Mentor junior engineers, improve product features, ensure quality and timeliness, and provide technical guidance and performance reporting.
