Lead MBSE-based architecture for a DoD JTMS program: develop and maintain operational, system, data, and integration architectures using DoDAF/UAF; create SysML/UML models with full traceability; drive digital engineering and model-repository adoption; define integration patterns and interoperability; establish governance and conduct reviews; brief senior leadership; collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, test, and program teams; support roadmaps, transition planning, and COTS/ERP solution design.

Design, build, and productionize ML, NLP, and generative AI (LLM/RAG) solutions for Navy maintenance and logistics data. Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, MLOps in AWS GovCloud, vector search, model governance, and documentation for Government accreditation; collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and Navy SMEs.

Design, build, test, and maintain attended and unattended UiPath automations across Navy maintenance, logistics, and admin workflows. Integrate with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, mainframe, Microsoft 365, REST/SOAP), deploy via Orchestrator, apply Document Understanding/IDP, support testing/UAT, produce runbooks, and adhere to DoD security and change-control practices.
