Intern will learn daily routines and procedures, assist in various office tasks, create reports, and propose improvement ideas during the internship.

Manage plant HR functions including wage and salary and benefits administration, staffing, training, employee and labor relations, AAP/EEO compliance, payroll and unemployment claim oversight, grievance handling in union settings, and partnering to drive EH&S culture.

Manage inbound/outbound sales with existing and prospective customers to hit revenue and market-penetration targets. Qualify and develop leads, collaborate with regional sales, report market feedback, maintain product knowledge, and support strategic growth. Travel up to 15%.
