Manage plant HR functions including wage and salary and benefits administration, staffing, training, employee and labor relations, AAP/EEO compliance, payroll and unemployment claim oversight, grievance handling in union settings, and partnering to drive EH&S culture.

Lead employee relations and compliance efforts: conduct investigations, ensure wage-and-hour and FLSA compliance, audit timekeeping, advise leaders, develop policies, deliver training, and support HRIS/time and attendance systems to mitigate risk and improve workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.

Drive revenue by managing inbound/outbound accounts, qualifying opportunities, supporting regional reps, maintaining product knowledge, reporting market feedback, and meeting sales targets. Requires prospecting, order entry, and customer relationship building.
