Provides financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, journal entries, inventory and overtime analysis, expense allocations, and KPI reporting. Supports monthly operational reviews, annual planning in Adaptive Insights, regulatory documentation, vendor payments, and capital project tracking. Requires strong Excel, analytical, reconciliation, communication, and deadline-management skills. The role is office-based, involves confidential information, and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Provides full-cycle HR support for a manufacturing plant, including employee relations, performance management, training, engagement, retention, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and policy administration. Partners with leadership to improve employee performance and HR processes, supports recognition initiatives, and collaborates with the Safety Committee. The role also monitors regulations, maintains HR records, and contributes to performance-related and other HR projects.

Interacts with existing and prospective customers to generate orders, grow accounts, qualify opportunities, meet revenue and profitability targets, and support regional sales teams. Builds customer relationships, prospects within assigned territories, maintains product and competitive knowledge, reports market trends and customer feedback, and contributes to customer satisfaction. The role is hybrid in Tampa, Florida, with travel of up to 15%.
