Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries, office-based procedures, and gynecologic surgeries. The physician will participate in a shared call schedule, collaborate within a physician-led practice, and maintain clinical autonomy. Responsibilities include performing procedures such as hysteroscopy, D&C, polypectomy, IUD insertion, and LEEP, with opportunities for surgery at a future ambulatory surgery center.

Designs, implements, supports, and optimizes enterprise networking and infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, virtualization, compute, storage, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery. Performs advanced troubleshooting, security improvements, monitoring, automation with PowerShell, lifecycle management, documentation, and technical leadership. Coordinates infrastructure projects, vendors, maintenance, onsite and remote support, and enterprise voice connectivity across multiple locations.

Perform renal/bladder and scrotal ultrasounds, assist with MRI fusion and prostate biopsies, and prepare reports containing test data and preliminary interpretations. This is a full-time, office-based urology practice role with weekday hours, no weekends or holidays. New graduates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.

Perform angiographic and radiologic imaging, prepare and position patients, select imaging protocols, optimize image quality and radiation dose, assist physicians with specialized vascular procedures, and verify patient identity and consent. Full-time, weekday schedule with travel to a second office twice weekly.
