Coordinates clinical staff scheduling, training, performance support, continuing education, clinical procedures, vaccine inventory, documentation, patient flow, and educational materials. The LPN maintains procedure manuals, supports quality initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance for vaccines, promotes communication and team morale, and collaborates with practice leadership to maintain effective clinical operations.

Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain interfaces between clinical, billing, and ancillary systems. Troubleshoot interface issues, validate data accuracy and compliance with standards (HL7/FHIR/CCD), collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, document configurations, and apply engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI). Support EMR applications and measure improvement impacts on clinical, financial, and patient outcomes.

Part-time per-diem courier responsible for picking up and delivering supplies, medical specimens, packages, bank deposits and mail between locations using a company vehicle. Tasks include sorting/distributing items, completing mileage paperwork, maintaining schedules, safe driving and vehicle care, and handling biohazard materials per protocol. Uses smartphone/GPS for navigation and communication.
