Develop and grow a commercial loan and deposit portfolio through new business development, relationship management, consultative financial advice, credit underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Structure and approve loans within delegated authority, present larger credit requests, manage risk ratings and compliance, and support lending staff. The role also represents the bank in the community and participates in credit and other committees.

Leads complex commercial credit underwriting and approval for CRE, C&I, and agricultural loans. Evaluates financial statements, cash flow, collateral, covenants, and credit risks; structures lending facilities; ensures regulatory and policy compliance; monitors portfolio quality; participates in executive credit committees; and mentors lenders and credit analysts.
