Supports bank lending operations by reviewing real estate appraisals, calculating flood insurance requirements, tracking collateral documentation, identifying deficiencies, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role manages records, communicates requirements to lenders, borrowers, insurers, and vendors, and assists with audits, examinations, reporting, and collateral monitoring for SBA, construction, and other loans.

Processes customer banking transactions accurately and efficiently while following bank regulations and procedures. Assists customers by phone and in person, develops customer relationships, promotes banking products and services, and initiates the HPG sales process. Requires professionalism, organization, attention to detail, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to work across banking centers as needed.

Develop and grow a commercial loan and deposit portfolio through new business development, relationship management, consultative financial advice, credit underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Structure and approve loans within delegated authority, present larger credit requests, manage risk ratings and compliance, and support lending staff. The role also represents the bank in the community and participates in credit and other committees.
