Processes customer banking transactions accurately and efficiently while following bank policies and procedures. Provides front-line banking service by processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers. Balances cash drawers, maintains transaction accuracy, follows banking regulations and security protocols, resolves basic client inquiries, identifies customer needs, and refers clients to appropriate financial products. Supports branch operations and maintains confidentiality while delivering professional service.
