Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware projects for Causeway, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget and quality. Liaise with sponsors, stakeholders and engineering teams, manage risks, change control, governance, sprint coordination, reporting, and transition to support while driving continuous improvement.

Manage, retain, and grow ARR across top-tier enterprise accounts. Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver cloud-native, high-transaction, multi-tenant products. Drive technical strategy, transform monolithic systems to microservices, embed AI-first practices, ensure delivery quality, coach Engineering Leads, manage budgets and roadmaps, and work with security and product stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Own and refine the product backlog, translate strategy into user stories, lead sprint planning, validate delivery with QA/UAT, act as SME for construction domain, and collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Design end-to-end product features for web and mobile using Figma and the Concrete Design System. Conduct user research and testing, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity UIs, maintain design system artifacts, collaborate with product and engineering, and support developer handoff and QA to ensure consistent, accessible user experiences.

Process new sales orders and contract renewals, set up customer records, manage invoicing and stock-related purchase orders, liaise with Finance and suppliers, produce monthly reports, handle queries, and improve order fulfilment processes within a small team.

Lead the transformation of infrastructure into an SRE function, own complex cloud platform design and operations, embed IaC and CI/CD best practices, manage monitoring/alerting, mentor engineers, ensure security/compliance, optimise cloud costs, and act as senior escalation point for incidents.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP/VMware. Implement IaC and automation, monitor and optimise performance and security, manage vulnerability and patch lifecycles, provide technical support and on-call response, and mentor IT colleagues while improving processes.

Design, build, test, and maintain .NET-based software solutions; support and modernise legacy products; write clean, documented code; perform automated and manual testing; collaborate in Agile teams; identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure security and quality standards.

Own and execute revenue-accountable marketing for a software portfolio: demand generation, ABM, cross-sell and retention campaigns. Plan full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, apply AI for targeting and personalization, align closely with Sales/Product, and track performance in HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com to drive pipeline, GRR/NRR improvement and new logo wins.

Design, build, and maintain Causeway's Databricks-based lakehouse medallion pipelines (bronze→silver→gold), implement entity resolution and typed relationship graphs, own serving layer for interactive agent queries, ensure data quality/governance (Unity Catalog), mentor engineers, and drive platform architecture and observability.

Serve as the technical lead in software sales: qualify prospects, run discovery sessions, produce scopes of work and process maps, deliver demos and webinars, articulate product value, support go-to-market enablement, and collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and new market verticals.

Own and manage marketing systems, data, and automation (HubSpot) to support GTM. Build workflows, campaign assets, lead scoring, segmentation and data enrichment. Produce reports and A/B test analysis, support MarTech and AI-first automation strategy, train team on systems, and improve processes to maintain clean data and scalable operations across UK, US and EU marketing teams.

Drive customer success for Causeway's workforce management products (CausewayOne Attendance, Donseed). Own onboarding, adoption, training, and value realisation; define KPIs, monitor performance, deliver insights, manage relationships with construction stakeholders, and advocate customer needs to Product, Sales, and Support to improve retention, satisfaction, and operational outcomes.

Develop, test, and maintain backend software solutions. Fix defects in legacy systems, write clean documented code, estimate effort, identify technical risks, collaborate on design, and support deployment while ensuring quality, security, and continuous improvement.
