The role applies specialist Traffic Regulation and TRO knowledge, contributes to proposals and continuous improvement, and identifies opportunities to expand customer use of Causeway products.

Manage consultancy projects helping customers adopt Causeway’s integrated software platform. Lead discovery, configuration, integration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and value realization across Traffic Regulation Order and related workflows. Provide expert guidance on traffic regulation, mapping, data, and asset management; create project deliverables; support proposals and solution designs; collaborate across teams; mentor colleagues; and identify platform expansion opportunities.

Lead the implementation of the technology resilience framework across critical systems, processes, and services. Assess business continuity risks, develop recovery strategies, conduct resilience testing, monitor performance, and drive improvements. The role partners with engineering, product, IT, suppliers, crisis management, and senior stakeholders to maintain continuity during disruptions, improve disaster recovery quality, and report material vulnerabilities and progress to compliance leadership.

Lead regulatory compliance strategy for e-invoicing, Peppol, digital tax, VAT, ViDA, and CTC requirements across the UK, EU, and international markets. Monitor legislation, manage Peppol governance and certification, translate regulations into product requirements, oversee compliance testing and risk management, and advise leadership, engineers, customers, sales teams, regulators, and industry bodies. The role also leads ViDA planning, customer engagement, industry representation, and compliance thought leadership.

Provide end-to-end customer support through chat, email, and phone for small-business and Enterprise customers. Investigate complex issues, troubleshoot integrations, identify root causes, propose solutions, and escalate when needed. Collaborate with Development, Product, and Customer Success teams, contribute to support-content and chatbot improvements, and share best practices while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, test, debug, and support software solutions across modern and legacy technologies. Collaborate on requirements, code reviews, pair programming, security, risk mitigation, and delivery estimates. Improve engineering processes and product quality while contributing to AI-assisted development, innovation, and continuous professional growth. The role operates independently on well-scoped tasks and supports less experienced team members.

Own and refine product backlogs, translate strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria, lead refinement and sprint planning, support delivery, and coordinate releases. Ensure quality through acceptance testing and support QA/UAT. Manage stakeholders, clarify requirements, monitor product and delivery performance, improve team practices, and serve as a senior domain subject matter expert and trusted customer advisor while mentoring Product Specialists.

Own and execute revenue-accountable marketing for a software portfolio: demand generation, ABM, cross-sell and retention campaigns. Plan full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, apply AI for targeting and personalization, align closely with Sales/Product, and track performance in HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com to drive pipeline, GRR/NRR improvement and new logo wins.

Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware projects for Causeway, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget and quality. Liaise with sponsors, stakeholders and engineering teams, manage risks, change control, governance, sprint coordination, reporting, and transition to support while driving continuous improvement.

Manage, retain, and grow ARR across top-tier enterprise accounts. Build C-suite relationships, deliver renewals, run QBRs, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce forecasts, respond to RFPs, and drive adoption and ROI through strategic account plans and executive engagement.

Deliver and configure CausewayOne workforce management solutions, lead customer projects, integrate systems via APIs, assist support, provide training and documentation, and drive excellent customer experience.
