Onboard new suppliers and customers to the Tradex network, support existing suppliers, and help deliver customer onboarding projects. Responsibilities include telephone and email engagement, registration support, facilitating first electronic invoices, tracking onboarding progress, resolving queries, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, analytical ability, customer focus, and knowledge of supply chain and e-procurement processes.

Lead cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, reliability, security, and cost governance for SaaS products. Establish engineering standards, improve developer experience, guide platform architecture, lead incident response, and mentor engineers. Collaborate across software, architecture, security, product, and leadership teams to drive scalable, secure, and reliable delivery.

Provides financial oversight and analysis for R&D, Product, and IT functions. Builds product-level P&Ls, investment cases, infrastructure cost models, and AI ROI analyses. Tracks delivery performance, technology spending, capacity allocation, and realized investment value. Partners with technical leadership, establishes governance frameworks, and develops reporting dashboards to support investment decisions and programme performance.
