Manage affordable housing compliance operations and supervise compliance staff. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local program regulations (LIHTC, RD, HOME, Section 8, etc.), maintain compliance workflows, conduct file reviews, support audits and corrective actions, and provide training and technical assistance to property management teams.

Provide case management and referral services to shelter residents: conduct intakes, create housing stability plans, document services in HMIS/Salesforce, provide referrals, advocate with community agencies, ensure facility safety and compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.

Manage daily Grants Team operations, maintain the grant calendar, write complex public and private grant proposals and budgets, supervise grant staff, collaborate with finance and program teams, manage grant lifecycle using Salesforce NPSP and Microsoft Teams, and support fundraising strategy and funder relationships.

Assess households seeking homeless housing, divert eligible families by connecting them to alternative resources and referrals, manage a caseload, triage emergent needs, maintain records and databases, coordinate with partner agencies, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and agency policies.
