Manage daily operations of assigned affordable housing properties, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance (HUD/USDA/LIHTC), handle resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, certifications/recertifications, and reporting to maintain occupancy and property condition.

Lead frontline shelter operations to maintain safety and security, train and coordinate Operations Assistants and volunteers, oversee the Respite Program, manage building operations and data accuracy, make client referrals and assist case management, respond to crises, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in continuous quality improvement.
