Maintains schedules and documents using Google Calendar, Monday.com, and Google Workspace; assists the Studio Operations Manager and facilitates coordination across production, merchandising, animation, and gaming teams. The role requires strong organization, discretion, multitasking, and flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.

Leads the architecture and development of CatFace’s Minecraft mod ecosystem using Java and NeoForge, while applying AI-assisted development practices. Translates creative needs into technical plans, leads the Technical Production Assistant team, evaluates tools and emerging technologies, and ensures reliable systems for content production. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting before recording, and onsite work in Austin, Texas.

Writes scripts for short-form videos and advertisements across YouTube gaming and entertainment channels. Responsibilities include researching trends, applying viewer analytics, developing narratives, preparing outlines and metadata, revising scripts based on feedback, and collaborating with production and editing teams. The role requires strong dialogue, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and communication skills, plus familiarity with Minecraft, children’s and young adult media, and fast-paced digital content production.

Lead CatFace’s Narrative Stories production team and oversee episodes from script through final delivery. Manage multidisciplinary creative teams, coordinate multiple productions, provide story and visual feedback, develop characters and recurring IP, improve workflows, and balance creative quality with schedules and resources. Use audience insights and YouTube performance data to guide decisions. This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin, Texas, with occasional weekend work based on production needs.
