Writes scripts for short-form videos and advertisements across YouTube gaming and entertainment channels. Responsibilities include researching trends, applying viewer analytics, developing narratives, preparing outlines and metadata, revising scripts based on feedback, and collaborating with production and editing teams. The role requires strong dialogue, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and communication skills, plus familiarity with Minecraft, children’s and young adult media, and fast-paced digital content production.

Create high-quality 3D characters, props, and environments for Minecraft and Roblox YouTube thumbnails. Model, texture, rig/pose, light, and render assets, collaborate with thumbnail artists, incorporate feedback, optimize assets, and meet fast-paced deadlines to drive engagement and CTR.

Lead CatFace’s Narrative Stories production team and oversee episodes from script through final delivery. Manage multidisciplinary creative teams, coordinate multiple productions, provide story and visual feedback, develop characters and recurring IP, improve workflows, and balance creative quality with schedules and resources. Use audience insights and YouTube performance data to guide decisions. This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin, Texas, with occasional weekend work based on production needs.
