Performs routine and advanced laboratory tests used for diagnosis. Provides clinical guidance to trainees, medical laboratory technicians, and postgraduate physicians. Performs EEG, evoked potential, and nerve conduction studies; maintains equipment and supports neurodiagnostic department operations. Responsibilities include required record keeping and other department-directed duties. Requires an associate degree in neurodiagnostics or an equivalent field, REEGT credential, BCLS certification, and clinical training. One year of neurodiagnostic laboratory experience is preferred.

Performs radiologic imaging procedures under the direction of radiologists, cardiologists, or surgeons. The role requires operation in either X-ray or mammography, adherence to clinical and safety standards, and completion of training to become proficient within three months. Candidates must graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program, maintain current ARRT registration, and hold BCLS certification, with AHA certification required within one month if BCLS is from another provider.

Provides entrance screening at a hospital facility, verifies appropriate access for personnel and visitors, explains hospital protocols, gives directions, and may assist with sample collection at testing sites. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Customer service experience is preferred.

Provides physician services in a clinical setting. Requires graduation from an accredited medical program, current North Carolina licensure, and AHA ACLS plus PALS or BCLS certification within three months of employment. Board certification is preferred. No prior experience is required; training and on-the-job experience are provided to develop basic proficiency within three months.

Schedules patient encounters for outpatient services and diagnostic procedures across hospital locations. Requires healthcare administrative experience, medical terminology knowledge, understanding of outpatient procedures, and strong office skills. Preferred qualifications include scheduling experience, radiology or procedure scheduling background, centralized scheduling and preadmissions knowledge, and Meditech experience.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including maternal-fetal medicine studies, using established protocols. Ensure patient safety, comfort, confidentiality, and effective communication while producing accurate images and identifying normal or abnormal anatomy.
