Performs routine and advanced laboratory tests used for diagnosis. Provides clinical guidance to trainees, medical laboratory technicians, and postgraduate physicians. Requires an associate degree from an accredited medical laboratory technician program, relevant certification within six months, and proficiency across laboratory areas. No prior experience is required; training is provided. A bachelor’s degree and advanced laboratory certification are preferred.

Provides Tier I and II IT help desk support, documents and resolves tickets, troubleshoots end-user hardware and software, configures devices, supports Windows and Microsoft Office 365, trains support staff, and escalates complex issues to Tier III. Delivers on-site and remote technical assistance while maintaining strong customer service.

Provides age-appropriate physician care to patients within credentialing guidelines. Requires graduation from an accredited medical school and a current North Carolina medical license. Board certification in the relevant specialty and BCLS certification are preferred. No prior work experience is required; training and on-the-job experience should enable proficiency in basic job responsibilities within three months.
