Lead and develop the automotive dealership sales team by hiring, training, reinforcing sales processes, monitoring traffic and performance metrics, supporting customer service excellence, completing Hyundai Canada training, and promoting financial services. The role requires automotive sales or F&I experience, strong leadership and coaching ability, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, eligibility to sell vehicles in British Columbia, and Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

Sell new and pre-owned GM vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating product features, following up with guests, and working with management to meet sales objectives. Become a product expert and deliver professional demonstrations and long-term customer service.

Sell new and used vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating vehicle features, answering questions, following up with buyers for referrals, overcoming objections, and reporting to the Sales Manager. Provide professional demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles and maintain product knowledge.
