- Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist clients with selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Become a product-knowledge expert and be able to relate relevant information to guests.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with guests to build long term relationships and ensure referral business.
- Work closely with the sales manager regarding objectives and daily action plan.
