Lead 0-to-1 product development for Kimchi’s AI coding and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include outbound pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, value discovery, technical and business demonstrations, account mapping, tailored proposals, negotiation, closing, and coordinating value delivery with implementation teams. The role requires enterprise cloud SaaS sales experience, MEDDIC expertise, consistent outbound prospecting, and familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

Design, implement, test, and operate the Kimchi AI inference and agent platforms end-to-end. Build scalable inference APIs, distributed datastores, billing/metering, harnesses, and secure agent fleets. Diagnose performance issues, optimize latency and databases, ensure observability and CI/CD, and collaborate with product and users to ship features rapidly.

Serve as the technical lead for Kimchi sales across EMEA. Owns Cast AI’s commercial contracting function, negotiating sales, renewal, SaaS, vendor, reseller, partnership, NDA, SLA, EULA, and subscription agreements. Leads contracting process standardization for a growing multi-product business, advises on privacy, intellectual property, governance, and compliance, coordinates commercial disputes with external counsel, and supervises APAC legal resources. Partners closely with sales, customer success, deal desk, billing, support, and compliance teams.

Own the go-to-market strategy for Cast AI’s Database Optimization product. Responsibilities include researching customers, validating ICPs and buyer personas, developing positioning and messaging, running GTM experiments, managing launches, creating sales enablement materials, analyzing competition, translating technical benefits for buyers, and feeding market insights into product strategy. The role also requires building AI-assisted marketing workflows and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Sales, and leadership.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build distributed systems for Kubernetes infrastructure, manage cloud resources, and collaborate closely with teams to solve complex technical challenges.
