Own and scale Cast AI’s multi-tier channel program across GSIs, MSPs, VARs, and cloud consultants. Build the GSI motion, recruit and activate strategic partners, manage and expand the PAM team, establish program infrastructure and operating cadences, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The role requires executive-level partner engagement, cross-functional alignment, and familiarity with DevOps, Platform Engineering, FinOps, AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Build and scale Cast AI’s partner and reseller ecosystem across Northern EMEA, initially focusing on the UK. Develop relationships with resellers, MSPs, and DevOps consultancies; create partner-sourced pipeline; drive revenue impact; and collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, product, finance, and legal teams. The role requires strong cloud and DevOps partner relationships, a hunter mentality, and experience building ecosystems at digital-native companies or ISVs.

Generate outbound pipeline for the French and francophone markets through account research, personalized email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Engage engineering, DevOps, and cloud decision-makers in French and English, partner with account executives on territory strategy, test messaging, maintain CRM hygiene, track performance, and develop market-specific prospecting processes. The role requires strong communication, resilience, organization, and the ability to learn technical cloud, Kubernetes, and AI products quickly.
