Partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, source diverse candidates using modern and AI-powered tools, coach interviewers, manage candidate experience, and help build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Own end-to-end development of Kimchi Studio features, a desktop application for collaborative autonomous coding agents. Design, implement, test, and roll out product capabilities using TypeScript, Electron, React, Node.js, and Go. Diagnose performance issues with query profiles and flame graphs, prioritize UX polish and speed, and collaborate directly with product and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
