Kimchi StudioStudio is where your team's agents work together: a desktop app that brings autonomous coding agents, model orchestration, and your entire toolchain into one collaborative UI. Multiple agents on separate branches side by side with native git worktree support. Every agent action visible, diffable,
and undoable. Local first on your machine, remote sessions when you need them.
You'll own features end to end: design, implementation, testing, production rollout. Most projects ship in 1-4 weeks. You'll work directly with product and other engineering teams on problems that don't have textbook solutions.
- You've personally driven a complex product feature from idea to shipped, and you can tell that story with receipts.
- You're a full-stack engineer: TypeScript where the product lives (Electron/React UI, Node services) and Go where the backend lives. Strong in one, ready to go deep in the other, and honest about which is which.
- You have deep debugging and performance instincts: when the app janks or a query slows down, you find the cause through query profiles and flame graphs.
- You care about UX, speed, and polish. In a desktop app every millisecond is visible, and you push back when something feels wrong.
Bonus: shipping Electron apps at scale (updates, code signing, multi-platform builds), Kubernetes internals, or building your own AI workflows and harnesses at home.

Skills Required
- Experience driving a complex product feature from idea through launch
- Full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and either Electron, React, or Node.js
- Backend development experience with Go
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, including query profiling and flame graphs
- Ability to work deeply in one primary technology while developing proficiency in the other
- Experience shipping Electron applications at scale
- Knowledge of Kubernetes internals
- Experience building AI workflows or coding harnesses
