The Receptionist greets guests, answers calls, maintains records, provides administrative support, and ensures excellent customer service at a senior living community.

Support the nursing team by assisting with resident care and comfort, documenting services and incidents, responding to help cords, completing duties with minimal supervision, and pursuing employer-paid QMAP certification.

Provide direct clinical care to senior residents on a PRN/on-call basis: administer medications and treatments, monitor resident condition, document care in electronic systems, manage supplies and equipment, and communicate significant changes to clinicians and families.
