Owner of outbound prospecting: generate qualified pipeline via calls, email, and LinkedIn; book 40+ meetings/month; qualify prospects and hand off to AEs; iterate messaging and strategies; track KPIs and maintain high activity and quality to drive revenue.

Founding growth hire who will build Cassi's full-funnel growth engine: content, website conversion, outbound/email, social (LinkedIn), partnerships/events, and analytics. Own positioning, GTM, and move the market from near-zero inbound to predictable pipeline, working closely with sales and the CEO.

Lead design and execution of the GTM operational backbone: own CRM architecture and data integrity, build pipeline and revenue dashboards, define sales processes, drive forecasting accuracy, identify funnel bottlenecks, and partner with Sales and CS to scale revenue operations.

Own end-to-end product verticals across frontend and backend: real-time voice/chat, billing and payments, communications, service-provider workflows, and platform features. Design and implement robust APIs, data models, payment integrations, multi-tenant billing, and notification systems while driving architecture, testing, and production quality.

Own major backend feature verticals (voice/chat, billing/payments, communications, service-provider workflows, auth/permissions). Drive architecture, design, implementation, testing, and production delivery while modeling data for access patterns and integrating payment processors and multi-channel communication.

Lead ownership of the iOS platform: build offline-first apps with local persistence and sync, real-time communication, media capture/uploads, location/scheduling, and polished, accessible UI/UX for multiple user roles.

Own the full sales cycle for a high-velocity SaaS product: prospect, qualify, and close deals rapidly (30-day cycles). Build and manage pipeline, partner with SDRs, drive expansion, refine messaging and processes, and provide product/leadership feedback to scale a repeatable sales motion.

Own end-to-end employee experience from offer to offboarding, partner with PEO on payroll and benefits, maintain compliance and people policies, manage HRIS and people data, support performance management and employee relations, administer 401(k) and benefits, and drive culture, engagement, and scaling processes for rapid headcount growth.

Own and operate production and developer infrastructure on AWS. Build and maintain Terraform/Terragrunt modules, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, containerized services (ECS Fargate), serverless Lambdas, databases (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL/RDS), monitoring/alerting, security tooling, and developer local environments. Drive SOC2-aligned practices and incident response.
