Own customer deployments for Cassi by mapping operating-company workflows, building integrations and ETL pipelines, developing custom automations, and ensuring reliable live operations. The role combines hands-on TypeScript and Node.js engineering with customer-facing implementation, debugging, data reconciliation, incident response, and product feedback. This founding engineer will define the forward-deployment function, determine which solutions should become core product capabilities, and potentially build the future team.

Lead ownership of the iOS platform: build offline-first apps with local persistence and sync, real-time communication, media capture/uploads, location/scheduling, and polished, accessible UI/UX for multiple user roles.

Founding growth hire who will build Cassi's full-funnel growth engine: content, website conversion, outbound/email, social (LinkedIn), partnerships/events, and analytics. Own positioning, GTM, and move the market from near-zero inbound to predictable pipeline, working closely with sales and the CEO.
