Build and own Cashea’s GCP infrastructure platform using OpenTofu, Terraform, and Terragrunt. Design reusable infrastructure modules, networking, IAM, CI/CD, state management, and multi-region environments. Operate services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Redis, and data platforms. Establish secure, self-service standards, make architectural decisions, review code, document systems, and mentor engineers.

Own and scale Cashea’s GCP data platform, including Cloud Composer/Airflow orchestration, dbt transformations, BigQuery modeling, and Datastream CDC pipelines. Improve DataOps, CI/CD, data quality, observability, cost, performance, and reliability across environments. Establish engineering standards for incremental models, idempotency, testing, and safe releases while mentoring engineers and partnering with platform, product, and analytics teams.

Designs, builds, and operates scalable Node.js and NestJS backend services supporting financial transactions for millions of users. Responsibilities include developing reliable REST APIs, managing PostgreSQL data, ensuring idempotency and reconciliation, making architectural decisions, optimizing production performance, leading deployments, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product and engineering teams.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable user management and onboarding systems. Optimize registration, KYC/KYB, fraud prevention, identity services, third-party integrations, and event-driven user lifecycle systems. Ensure high availability, resilience, observability, and low latency under heavy concurrent loads while setting engineering standards, mentoring senior engineers, and guiding technical roadmaps.

Leads backend engineering within a squad, owning architecture, technical strategy, coding standards, scalability, reliability, testing, monitoring, deployments, and production operations. Develops Node.js and NestJS services, collaborates with frontend, product, and DevOps teams, mentors engineers, drives innovation, participates in hiring, and ensures high-performance technical execution.
