Lead high-priority corporate development and strategy initiatives, including new products, business launches, investments, M&A, and internal capabilities. Build financial models, business cases, valuations, scenarios, and KPI frameworks; research markets and competitors; evaluate partnerships; structure ambiguous problems; and present recommendations to senior leadership and the board. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to move strategic decisions from analysis through execution.

Build and own Cashea’s GCP infrastructure platform using OpenTofu, Terraform, and Terragrunt. Design reusable infrastructure modules, networking, IAM, CI/CD, state management, and multi-region environments. Operate services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Redis, and data platforms. Establish secure, self-service standards, make architectural decisions, review code, document systems, and mentor engineers.

Own and scale Cashea’s GCP data platform, including Cloud Composer/Airflow orchestration, dbt transformations, BigQuery modeling, and Datastream CDC pipelines. Improve DataOps, CI/CD, data quality, observability, cost, performance, and reliability across environments. Establish engineering standards for incremental models, idempotency, testing, and safe releases while mentoring engineers and partnering with platform, product, and analytics teams.
