The Front Office Brokerage Operations Lead manages the operations team, ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations, and oversees customer experience and operational efficiency.

Graduate research interns will own end-to-end projects developing customer world models and proactive intelligence. Work spans representation learning, foundation models, reinforcement learning, agentic decision systems, and evaluation. Tasks include designing methods, running experiments, publishing findings, and potentially shipping models into production to impact customer-facing products.

Graduate research internship to own end-to-end research on Customer World Models and proactive intelligence: design representations, develop methods (foundation models, RL, causal reasoning, agentic systems), run experiments, publish, and help ship ML systems that anticipate and act on customer needs.
