Own end-to-end analytics pipelines for AI usage, developer experience, engineering productivity, and spend. Instrument telemetry, build governed ETL workflows, define trusted metrics, and create executive dashboards and visual narratives. Analyze results, recommend improvements to AI ROI and developer experience, and communicate methodology to senior stakeholders. Collaborate across data engineering, applied AI, and data science while using AI coding agents to build, test, and maintain production data systems.

Manage enterprise KYC due diligence policy and strategy across Block’s business lines. Develop and maintain KYC standards, assess regulatory changes, guide implementation, define AI/ML risk-segmentation and identity-verification controls, monitor program performance, advise stakeholders, support audits and examinations, and remediate compliance risks including model bias, drift, false positives, false negatives, and explainability gaps.

Build and operate highly reliable card-issuing systems at the network boundary. Responsibilities include interpreting specifications, protocols, certifications, mandates, and production behavior; developing production software and conformance tooling; analyzing network messages; driving certification cycles; influencing card networks; mentoring engineers; applying AI-assisted engineering practices; and participating in on-call support for critical financial systems.
