CASE seeks professionals for process engineering, automation, web/tool development, program management, records management, and communications. Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a CI polygraph; compensation ranges based on experience and qualifications.

Designs, develops, and manages mission-focused instructional solutions for NGA across classroom, eLearning, workshop, seminar, and performance-support modalities. Applies ADDIE, adult learning theory, educational technologies, SCORM, and Section 508 standards. Creates interactive content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe tools, conducts needs assessments, collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts, coordinates training programs, and manages multiple instructional design projects, schedules, and deliverables.

Analyzes complex datasets using SQL and Python, develops dashboards and automated reports, evaluates learning and training outcomes, and presents actionable insights to leadership. The role integrates data from PeopleSoft, Blackboard, and other systems, applies statistical analysis and the Kirkpatrick model, improves reporting processes, and supports strategic decisions for NGA learning and development initiatives.
