Owns marketing strategy, budgets, brand standards, agency performance, and growth results across a multi-state residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services portfolio. Leads marketing managers, oversees local digital marketing, integrates acquired brands, manages vendors, ensures regulatory compliance, and reports lead, booked-job, acquisition-cost, revenue, and ROAS metrics to executive leadership. The role also drives retention marketing, local search visibility, and coordination with call center and operations teams.
