The role requires evening and weekend availability, frequent physical activity, outdoor and indoor work, and travel to customer locations.

Sell residential HVAC solutions by assessing customer needs, preparing proposals, overcoming objections, closing sales, and following up after purchase. The role also involves diagnosing HVAC and electrical issues, recommending repairs or replacements, conducting maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and traveling daily to customer locations.
