Lead the brand communications team to grow revenue via digital media: design/execute campaigns, manage media relations and agencies, generate and follow up leads, produce commercial plans, create and vet content, and provide campaign analytics and reporting to stakeholders.

Develops and manages social media content calendars, brand communications, campaigns, creative production, and performance reporting across multiple platforms. Coordinates photographers, videographers, influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver content on schedule. Creates internal announcements, employee engagement materials, onboarding communications, and leadership messages while maintaining internal communication channels and supporting organizational messaging.

Manage and supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, bank transactions, and month-end close. Prepare budgets, forecasts, general ledger analysis, audit schedules, and regulatory reports. Lead a small finance team, ensure compliance with policies, support external audits, and maintain finance programs and documentation.

Manage and grow the Casafina Realtors Network by recruiting and coordinating individual and corporate agents, delivering training and webinars, designing incentive programs, organizing site inspections and product launches, and ensuring communication and engagement to meet sales targets.

Plan and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, implement SEO, use analytics and visualization tools to measure and optimize performance, create content, research competitors and trends, and generate leads through maintained digital channels.

Provide administrative and operational support to HR and administration: assist with job postings, onboarding, recordkeeping, training logistics, attendance and basic payroll data, filing, correspondence, meeting logistics, and general team support while maintaining confidentiality.

Design and produce visual assets for digital and print, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform user research and usability testing, maintain brand consistency, and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Write high-converting copy across ads, emails, landing pages, social, blogs, and funnels. Craft headlines, storytelling, and offer framing based on customer pain points. Create SEO-friendly blog content, map funnel journeys, test and iterate based on performance, and collaborate to deliver concise, on-brand copy that converts.

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters; draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage contract lifecycle and company secretarial duties; monitor compliance, identify legal risks, maintain filings, manage client relationships, and support the Head of Legal.
