Own the full sales lifecycle: identify opportunities, design solutions, negotiate and close contracts, and maintain strategic C-level relationships. Deliver ROI analyses, run demos and executive presentations, maintain pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and operational integration.

Identify and pursue new business and grow existing accounts for a smart mobility SaaS. Deliver product presentations, perform needs analyses, prepare monthly forecasts, use CRM for reporting, and acquire customers via cold calling, networking, and social media to meet sales targets.

Serve as primary contact for assigned B2B clients, provide first-level technical support, monitor fleet repairs, troubleshoot non-streaming units, coordinate repairs, escalate issues internally, maintain records, and drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: verify and code invoices, process and schedule supplier payments, perform bank reconciliations, maintain vendor records, support month-end closing and tax compliance, resolve invoice issues, and help improve AP processes.

Maintain full sets of accounts, perform month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, manage payments/billing and cash flow, handle income/VAT filings, ensure compliance, liaise with auditors/tax agents/bankers, maintain accounting system master data, and support process improvements and ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Conduct outbound B2B prospecting calls, generate quotations, follow up with prospects, secure referrals, and achieve sales targets. Complete subscription documentation, coordinate signatures, maintain client records, schedule and reschedule fitments, and assist with service, billing, invoicing, and ownership requests. Leads end-to-end customer and service operations, including service agreements, scheduling, customer care, control room escalations, and key account management. Builds processes, governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks; develops operational teams; improves service responsiveness, retention, and recovery; and coordinates closely with Technical Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate customers, educate clients on product features, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, resolve inquiries with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and meet retention, engagement, and revenue targets through proactive consultative support.

Lead day-to-day technical/application support operations: manage manpower, monitor OTRS ticketing, triage/incidents, ensure product health, escalate to Level 2, drive service delivery, train users, manage vendors, and recommend system improvements.

Provide technical support for IoT devices and a SaaS telematics platform: investigate and resolve escalated customer issues, perform daily system monitoring, post-installation QA, review logs for diagnostics, maintain documentation, deliver user training, and provide on-site field support and installations.
