Support onboarding, integrations, upselling, and customer growth while partnering with product teams on new features. Build expertise in operational management, software architecture, APIs, cloud, AI, and computer vision.

Manages application support operations, service levels, ticket quality, escalations, and technical issue resolution. Monitors IoT sensor and system health, identifies anomalies, and coordinates repairs or maintenance. Analyzes support data and customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements, while providing technical input to product development. Leads and develops the support team and coordinates critical issues across technical, engineering, and management groups.
