The Machinist inspects and operates machinery for cutting card stock, assesses tooling for defects, and performs various machining operations including CNC and manual techniques. Responsibilities include tool selection, adjustment, and ensuring compliance with specifications, while maintaining equipment and fabricating parts as required.

Lead product security across design, production, supply chain, and distribution. Implement security policies and controls, conduct risk assessments, audit physical and digital systems, monitor threats, manage investigations and incident response, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, legal authorities, and external agencies. Develop security metrics, improve organizational security culture, and serve as the local expert for product security matters.

Operate and assist in setup and running of printing presses on 2nd shift. Support press operator with loading, registering, ink control, cleaning, material staging, inventory, quality checks, and workflow transitions while maintaining safety and production standards.

Serve as the business SME for SAP product master data lifecycle in a manufacturing plant: gather specs, build Excel project maps, create and maintain material masters, BOMs, routings, work centers, ensure data governance and accuracy, support stakeholders, and manage complex product data projects and KPIs.

Provide high-level executive support to the President Global Entertainment Division and leadership team: manage complex calendars, travel and logistics; anticipate priorities; coordinate leadership meetings, workshops and offsites; track actions and decisions; prepare executive communications and presentations; manage stakeholder relationships across regions; process confidential administrative items; and drive continuous improvement of executive support processes.

Manage pressroom production for a high-volume printing operation: set policies, ensure on‑schedule quality manufacturing, maintain safety, control costs and waste, staff and train teams, run continuous improvement and report to upper management.

Ensure product quality and reliability across production, supplier, and new-product introduction. Execute APQP/PPAP, support PFMEAs, audits, root-cause analysis, MRB/CAPA, supplier validation, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods. Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain QMS documentation.

Lead and develop the Account Management team to optimize portfolio performance, drive profitable growth, manage escalations, align cross-functional operations, own forecasting and RFQ/pricing, and deliver executive reporting while coaching account managers and standardizing processes.
