We are seeking an experienced Account Management Senior to consistently deliver the best customer experience for Cartamundi clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Account Management team to consistently deliver a best-in-class customer experience while achieving profitable growth aligned with Cartamundi objectives.
- Own overall customer portfolio performance, including revenue, margin, service levels, and long-term account health across all assigned accounts.
• Establish strategic account plans for key customers, identifying growth opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Account Managers on customer engagement, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making to strengthen team capability and consistency.
• Oversee customer escalation management, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues while protecting customer relationships and Cartamundi profitability.
• Drive alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities, partnering cross-functionally with operations, finance, supply chain, and production leadership.
• Ensure excellence in RFQ and pricing strategy, guiding the team on accurate, competitive, and margin-focused quotations.
• Own forecasting accuracy and demand visibility, ensuring reliable inputs into production planning, raw materials and financial projections.
• Lead KPI performance management, analyzing key metrics (service, delivery, margin, efficiency) and driving continuous improvement initiatives across accounts.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, translating data into actionable strategies for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer at a strategic level, influencing product, service, and operational decisions to enhance competitive positioning.
• Standardize and optimize account management processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the team.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to support new business opportunities, account expansion, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration, reinforcing a culture of accountability and teamwork aligned with Cartamundi KPIs and priorities.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Account Management organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimally a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing Account Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bilingual (English & Japanese) Spanish is a plus
• Potential Travel: 30% to 60% (domestic and international)

Skills Required
