Leads local product security across manufacturing and supply chain operations, protecting intellectual property and physical products from leaks, theft, counterfeiting, and unauthorized access. Responsibilities include risk assessments, security system management, threat monitoring, investigations, incident response, policy enforcement, audits, metrics, partner compliance, and security awareness. The role collaborates with Group Product Security, Legal, law enforcement, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Manages customer accounts throughout the full order lifecycle, coordinating quotations, production, delivery, invoicing, and payment. Serves as the primary customer contact, manages multiple concurrent projects, identifies risks, resolves issues, and collaborates with supply chain, scheduling, production, and warehouse teams. Builds customer relationships, supports account growth, coordinates customer-requested changes, and ensures timely communication and quotation delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead product security across design, production, supply chain, and distribution. Implement security policies and controls, conduct risk assessments, audit physical and digital systems, monitor threats, manage investigations and incident response, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, legal authorities, and external agencies. Develop security metrics, improve organizational security culture, and serve as the local expert for product security matters.
